Automatic, Multiple Daily Backups
Your data is important to you. Its also important to us. We keep several versions DAILY of your site that are not applied to your overall storage limit.
You can also create your own backups to archive your information yourself.

As a client, sometime you need to run some tests, or temporarily increase the total amount of storage you need.
We understand. Plan limits are not enforced unless the usage goes beyond your set plan for a non temporary time.

Un-Hacking and Crash Recovery Services
Things get hacked or break. We can assist. Problems caused by customer negligence will be charged at normal rates. Other problems on a case by case basis.

For common customer needs and requests, we have simple walk- throughs to assist.
Dedicated IPv6 Address (Optional)
You may have a dedicated IPv6 address assigned to you per site.
Dedicated IPv4 Address (Limited)
You may have a dedicated IPv4 address assigned to you per site. These are limited and do have additional costs.

- VPS management, 50€ – 100€ a month based on services provided.
- Dedicated server management, 100€ – 400€ monthly based on services.
